GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

We cannot issue refunds if orders are delivered to your address and no one is available to receive them. Please ensure that your order is scheduled for delivery at a time or place where someone will be available to accept it.

BYSEIMA is not responsible for and will not replace any missing orders that are not reported to our team within 3 days of a missed delivery. This policy is due to insurance requirements and cannot be waived.

Lastly, please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as BySeima is not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items have an estimated processing and production time of 4–8 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to production.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION
Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure that all order details, including style and colour, are correct before completing your purchase.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Pre-order items are only eligible for return if they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, a return may be processed instead, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

4. SHIPPING UPDATES
Once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that deliveries outside the UK may take longer.

5. DELAYS
While we strive to meet the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any changes to the delivery schedule.
