All items ordered from our website at full price can be returned or exchanged. See below for terms:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The 14-day period begins on the day the item is delivered to you.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags intact, to qualify for a return. Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage may result in the item being rejected and deemed ineligible for return.

SALE & MARKDOWN ITEMS:

All sale and markdown items are final sale and cannot be returned. This applies to any item showing both the original price and a discounted sale price.

FAULTS & DAMAGES

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue.
  • Email us at byseimaofficial@gmail.com  before returning any item to receive guidance on the next steps.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • If the return is not approved, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address on the order.
  • If we request that you return the item for inspection, please obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. BySeima is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.

  • Include your order number and the name on your order in your email. Due to data protection regulations, BYSEIMA reserves the right to speak only with the person who placed the order.
  • We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely. BySeima is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected and may take 2-3 working days to process.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

EXCHANGE REQUESTS 

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size or style is unavailable, a return may be processed instead.
